Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with layout, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
- Adapt to diverse project scopes from residential to commercial sites
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass mandatory drug screening and background check
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, measuring tools)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Flexibility to work 6-12 hour shifts with minimal notice
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for daily check-ins
