Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow instructions from foremen and project managers.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is a plus.
- Previous construction experience is helpful but not required; we train the right candidates.
