Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and installations.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations using tape measures and levels.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support framing, drywalling, painting, and general site preparation as directed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading tape measures and understanding measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
