Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and contractors with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload equipment and materials as needed
- Complete daily task reports for foreman review
- Maintain organized tool storage areas
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool knowledge (hammer, saw, etc.)
- Willingness to submit to background check
- Availability for early morning starts (6 AM)
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
