Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and light equipment
- Load/un construction materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in demolition, excavation, and foundation work
- Report safety hazards immediately to site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
