Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, excavation, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Support skilled tradesmen with various manual tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
