Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines.
- Transport materials to and from job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- No prior construction experience required for entry-level positions.
