Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup

- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow precise blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Complete daily progress reports and time sheets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between job sites (CA/FL)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic construction knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
