Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site operations and project tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure job site.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation under supervision.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
