Job Summary
The Construction Laborer is responsible for supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring our job sites are safe, clean, and efficient. You will be involved in various phases of construction, from foundation to finishing.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare construction sites.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials with care and efficiency.
- Tool Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, and masons with tools and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Site Cleanup: Keep work areas organized and free of hazards after every shift.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available Monday through Friday (occasional weekends may be required).
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
