Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like digging, lifting, and equipment operation
- Maintain safety protocols and clean work areas throughout projects
- Load/unload trucks and transport supplies to job sites
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Operate hand/power tools under guidance (training provided)
- Report hazards and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible availability for early mornings/weekends
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math and communication skills
