Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and foremen with site preparation and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to perform manual labor for long periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
