Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including carpentry, framing, and drywall installation.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers under supervision.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site by adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks including digging, leveling, and concrete pouring support.
- Transport materials around the job site efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
