Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with foundational construction tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and organize job sites efficiently
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction/labor experience
- Valid O-10 or equivalent construction safety certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
