Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and building tasks
- Safely operate hand/power tools and equipment
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Complete daily cleanup and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
