Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various duties, such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools with proper care.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans when directed.
- Work in various weather conditions and adhere to strict safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
