Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools on the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and basic carpentry.
- Operate construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials to specifications.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety standards.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
