Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred).
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
