Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools, power equipment, and hand tools.
- Demolish structures, clear debris, and prepare job sites for new construction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic carpentry, concrete finishing, or general site preparation as directed.
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic safety signs or instructions.
