Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic construction tools (hammers, saws, shovels) safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Support concrete, demolition, and framing operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train on the job
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid photo ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic communication skills in English
