Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, digging trenches, and setting up barriers.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Safety Mindset: Demonstrated ability to follow safety instructions and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to working full-time hours.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus for site transportation.
- Communication: Basic English language skills required for safety briefings and team coordination.
