Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Install wiring, conduits, and fixtures according to blueprints and safety codes.
- Respond to service calls and complete tasks in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Document work completed and report any material needs or safety hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong desire to learn and work well within a team environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- No prior experience required; apprenticeship opportunities available for motivated candidates.
