Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic wiring tasks including stripping, bending, and connecting wires according to NEC codes.
- Install and maintain electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems.
- Ensure all work complies with strict local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to employment.
