- Site Preparation: Clear, level, and prepare construction sites by removing debris and obstacles.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate hand and power tools required for daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a history of showing up on time.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
