Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled craft professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under direct supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal or written instructions.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and shifts as needed.
