Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations and setup.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety instructions.
- Perform site preparation duties such as digging, concrete finishing, and framing support.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and terminology is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from site supervisors.
