Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, concrete, and framing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and basic demolition duties.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
