Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Transport tools and materials to and from work areas efficiently.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions from site supervisors.
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal after shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long durations and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
