Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and general site cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Perform minor measurements and assist with basic material estimation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long shifts.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material handling.
