Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing and preparing construction sites for various projects, ensuring a safe workspace.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Machinery & Tools: Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision to complete daily tasks.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit, able to lift 50+ lbs, and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively in English.
