Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, and general site preparation.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and waste materials.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding project needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
