Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and distribute them to the work site.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with basic carpentry or framing duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
