Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties at various construction sites.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans when required.
- Ensure that work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
