Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities and installations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with strict safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize the job site.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen to complete tasks accurately.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as needed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and quantities.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
