Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and concrete mixers under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and following site regulations.
- Unload trucks and stock materials in designated storage areas efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines strictly at all times.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adhere to a strict schedule.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
