Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under direct supervision.
- Prepare the site by digging, mixing concrete, and setting forms.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site cleanliness.
- Perform basic measurements and cuts as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
