Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for daily use.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including forklifts and excavators, under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians) with various on-site tasks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and strict site protocols at all times.
- Perform general site cleanup, waste removal, and maintenance.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements and blueprints.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
