Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks (framing, demolition, site prep)
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support team members with lifting, carrying, and material handling
- Complete daily task reports and time sheets
- Participate in toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
