Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks and construction sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, digging, and removing debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
- Perform site preparation activities, including digging, leveling, and setting up scaffolding.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work hard in a physical environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
