Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard awareness
- Support team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide on-the-job training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
