Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material preparation and equipment setup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following OSHA standards
- Adhere to project schedules and safety protocols at all times
- Participate in team-based construction activities with clear communication
- Complete daily task logs and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions including extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
