Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with ability to pass background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within San Antonio area
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
