Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying materials
- Complete daily timecards and adhere to company policies
- Participate in team projects to support construction timelines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary – we provide paid training
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
