Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery safely under OSHA guidelines
- Follow detailed blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
- Support emergency response and weather-related project adjustments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to travel to North Carolina projects as needed
