Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites according to safety standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform basic demolition and excavation tasks as directed
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
