Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and construction equipment under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople, such as electricians and carpenters, with various tasks as needed.
- Heavy Lifting: Move and position heavy materials and tools safely throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to job sites.
- No Experience Necessary: We are willing to train the right candidate. A positive attitude and eagerness to work are the only prerequisites.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
