Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations and tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning up debris and spills.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after receiving proper training.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and calculating quantities.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and take direction from team leads.
