- Assist in the construction, renovation, and repair of commercial and residential structures.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
