Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with scaffolding setup and site preparation
- Follow OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and waste management
- Read blueprints and construction plans for task execution
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
