Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by digging, cleaning, and setting up scaffolding.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We are willing to train the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Social Security card.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
